Document stdio redirect and wait issues #1
Description
Waiting on a redirected std seems not to behave as intended when the connection is closed. It will continue to wait on an inaccessible fd. Expected wait to fail after close. Probably related to suppressing sig-pipe (though I expected a wake and error return ...). Maybe see if there is anything that can be done.
