NXA light blue barrier not unlocking, requires PUMBI #3

I'm stuck at ~97% on NXA WorldMAX because I have a light blue barrier. The thing is that barrier (iirc) can be removed with PUMBI, which is not available in those days.
Profile affected, see screenshot below:
Basically, a feature is missing on pumpnet to unlock the barrier which PUMBI unlocked for you back then. How this will be implemented has not been decided yet, but there are different options:
- Let the user unlock the barrier manually
- Automatically unlock the barrier from the start. Not sure if that will break something regarding WorldMAX state. This is also difficult to test and verify. Existing profiles must be post unlocked on that barrier
