lib-local.zip and lib-ld.zip not found

I have downloaded pumptools (1.14 and 1.13 version) and I can't find those files (lib-local.zip and lib-ld.zip). I built last version (1.14) with docker and I didn't find them inside of build output. Are They included in pumptools or Do I have to download them from another source?.

By the way, thanks for your amazing work in this project!

This is part of the game data and not the tools itself. If it wasn't included with the data or you didn't dump it yourself, you have to look for another source.
