Not enough emphasis on usethis

Many of the steps in setting up github actions, adding READMEs, licences, badges, dependencies etc, can be done with usethis.
I pretty much use it every day, and it takes a lot of pain away if you structure everything as a package.

Its not something you talk about too much, but certainly from the infrastructure side of things it is I would say very important.
