installation issues

Hello!

I am having issues installing the software. When I try(after cloning the github repository) : conda create --name integrate --file integrate_env.txt, I get ...

Preparing transaction: done
Verifying transaction: failed

PaddingError: Placeholder of length '30' too short in package /mnt/NewHDD1/software/.conda/envs/integrate/Library/bin/tcl86t.dll.
The package must be rebuilt with conda-build > 2.0.

And When I try: pip install -r integrate_env.txt, I get ....

ERROR: Invalid requirement: '@explicit' (from line 4 of integrate_env.txt)

I had a look at the "integrate_env.txt" and noticed that its meant for only Windows "# platform: win-64"

I work on Ubuntu ... Are there no linux versions ? Can you help me out ?

I had exactly the same problem, and I work on Linux and macOS... Both of them occurred these issues.
