Working with an old version of RabbitMQ.Client

Good morning. My name is Charlie, first time on this discussion board, looking for some advice.
I work for a company that has a rather fractured approach to releasing software. I have a version of a client working well with the latest version of RabbitMQ.Client.

Unfortunately, in order to support an older release that can NOT run .Net 4.8 (Don't ask why), but can run on .Net 4.6.2. From what I understand, I need to take the application running on the latest version, and go backward to RabbitMQ.Client version 6.8.1.

This version was before the change from IModel to IChannel, use of async/await etc.

Of course the more modern code does not work with the older version of libarary.

What I'm looking for is a previous version of the Client API docs, so I can undo all code dependencies on the most recent library, and act like I'm back before the upgrade to 7.2

Can anybody point me to an older version of the docs, that works with RabbitMQ.Client v6.81?

Another good option would be to clone this repository, check out the 6.x branch, and use the test suites as guides.

You could also look at the rabbitmq-tutorials repository just prior to a4adce94c9b326f7090d30b114eb9c62f8aba8b8, which is the commit where the tutorials were updated to v7 of this library:

Perhaps we should mention that the 6.x series of this client can be used with RabbitMQ 4.2.x, and even versions going back to 3.x should be able to connect, authenticate and perform all the key AMQP 0-9-1 operations on the built-in queue types and even streams (to the extent an AMQP 0-9-1 client can use streams).

So there is no need to go back to older RabbitMQ series that are out of community support (and before 3.13.x, out of any kind of support, period).

You guys are super helpful. Thank you so much. I'm trying to get my management to move forward to .Net 4.8...which was released 6 years ago. It's like pushing a boulder up a hill with these folks.
