Feature Request: Add support for esm config files .ncurc.mjs

Since https://github.com/azu/rc-config-loader doesn't support esm config files, this project doesn't as well. See https://github.com/azu/rc-config-loader/issues/22

Consider using an alternative like https://github.com/cosmiconfig/cosmiconfig for loading config file, which supports esm configuration files
