Intellisense not working in a lambda ( randomly )

Clicking ctrl+space in a lambda doesn't show members.

Environment

• Operating System:Fedora 33
• JDK version: 11.0.9
• Visual Studio Code version: 1.52.1
• Java extension version: v0.74.0

Steps To Reproduce

1. go to the lambda and click ctrl+space to show members
2. only shows global options

I've also seen this happen occasionally, but it's my current understanding that this is an upstream issue in Eclipse JDT Core. If you have a consistent case where you can reproduce the issue, you could check if it works in the Eclipse IDE. If it does, that would indicate a problem with this extension, but otherwise it might be a while until it gets fixed upstream, sadly.
