Add option to disable right-click/context-menu elements

Currently, the extension does not provide an option to disable the context menu items (on files and folders, maven-submenu only shows up for files, the others on folders):

• Maven (submenu)
• New Java File
• New Java Package...
• New Java Project...

Most other extensions provide options to disable them, because if you work with a lot of extensions, the context menu becomes unwieldy.

Please provide a configuration option to disable these elements in the right-click/context-menu.

None of the menu items you mention are contributed by this extension: the Maven submenu is contributed by vscode-maven and the "New..." actions are contributed by vscode-java-dependency, both published by Microsoft. Also, I would argue the none of these actions should be in the context menu, as we are unlikely to provide enough context that they only appear on items where they make sense. Imagine if every language extension started contributing such elements to the explorer context menu.
The VS Code way to create a new file is to create a java file and fill the content with a snippet, IMO. I would suggest you close this one and open issues with the
