Invalid rebuild for python 3.14 for noarch recipe

We got a [Rebuild for python 3.14 PR](https://github.com/conda-forge/taurus-feedstock/pull/29) on the taurus-feedstock, which is a noarch recipe.

Is this is a bug in the regro-cf-autotick-bot?
Or is something incorrect in the [recipe](https://github.com/conda-forge/taurus-feedstock/blob/main/recipe/recipe.yaml)?
