recipe v1 version upgrader switches Python package to incorrect name

In this commit of conda-forge/qiskit-ibm-runtime-feedstock#64, the bot replaced requests_ntlm with requests-ntlm which does not exists as a conda-forge package. (I think we all know but just state it for reference in the Python ecosystem _ and - are interchangeable in package names with - more common; maybe upstream used to use _ but it seems to use - now).

This is a complex issue. The bot is using the python metadata as-is AFAIK, and doesn't have a good way to translate between ecosystems. We have in the past used various approximate mappings, but those tend to cause more trouble than help in many/most cases. I suspect the fix is to actually post a fix to the conda-forge package to enable the alias with the "-".

Thanks, I opened an issue in the feedstock repo. One bit of context to mention is that this repo has been depending on requests_ntlm for a while and just saw the issue for the first time now.
