Missing tutorial jupyter notebook for cell type annotation

Hi,

thanks for the nice tutorials!

It appears that there are links to a cell-type annotation tutorial (e.g. here and in the single-cell rna and atac tutorial index), while it seems that the corresponding Jupyter Notebook is not present (anymore?).

Not sure if this has been removed somewhen or has been accidentally not pushed,
