How to update the url of fileMessage?

I confirmed that the method that implements the updateMessage api is updateMessageById.
However, I cannot update the url of fileMessage with this method.
Please tell me how can I update the url of fileMessage.

I think you should be able to add a url field to the updateMessageByIdData object.
