Inetermittent connection reset errors when sending emails in a batch

I am experiencing an issue when sending email batches that are relatively large. The issue is intermittent and arises when for example I try to send a batch of emails (150) with an approximate total size including attachments of about 80MB.

I am not sure of the root cause of the issue, for example is the connection being closed on the client or server side?

I have checked VPN and anti-virus logs there are no problems reported.

Same type of issue, i try to send 60 emails, all the same content , no attachments, only around 20 of them don't return this error
