Tweak color palette suggestions to more closely match Adobe Color

We currently use the raw output from TInyColor, but there is some magic we need to do to convert between scientific and art colors to get nicer matches. This is done here if we want to try to borrow from it https://github.com/benknight/kuler-d3/blob/master/colorwheel.js#L474
