OK appears to have been a faulty Java install. The program opened but not having any success splitting a long MP4 file; no chapters listed. This could be the way the music release was made, IDK, but seems strange.
Was worth a try.

It's good you managed to solve the first problem. Is there any way you could give me the MP4 file so that I could take a look what is wrong?

Thanks for checking in with me. I just verified that the MP4 is a 2 Hour and 42 minute continuous song as I suspected. It is a commercial release. I opened the file up in Adobe Audition finally, and verified that there is no clear way to determine where one song ends and the next picks up, unless maybe you are very, very, familiar with the music.
So I can not fault your program, when I myself can not tell where one song stops and the next begins. The only thing I had to go by was the track times listed on Discogs and even then I could not tell.
This is a release by Matt Dary - The Producers DJ Cut / Retrospect & was released in MP4 and I think one or two other downloadable formats.
So considering there's really nothing that can be split (except manually) I'm going to call it all good.
