[Hermes Init]: More clearly describe `git archive` option

When setting up publication with hermes init, users are being asked which directories to publish. There is no obvious way to use git archive. However, this is what is hiding behind "all directories" (or something like that). I personally would describe this git archive more clearly because this should be what people want in most cases.
