Add Circle CI artifacts configuration

Screenshots (and other artifacts in general) cannot be inspected on Circle CI as their configuration is missing.

One thing to note is that we delete the directory spec/dummy after each Solidus version build, so we cannot use the default path (which would be spec/dummy/tmp/capybara) for Capybara screenshot.
