SourceGit hang before exit

I noticed, that exiting SourceGit takes too long time (up to 1 minute and more), during that the application is unresponsive. Inspecting the process monitor does not show any CPU or the memory consumption by the process which is strange. I noticed, however, after some time of awaiting, about 24 MB/s of disk reading. I'm not sure that this reading continued all the time during the hang, I'm almost sure that at the very beginning it was not, the application was just waiting for something incomprehensible. In any case: what does SourceGit read, what does it require such volumes, and why?

How many repos (tabs) do you usually open before closing SourceGit? SourceGit will save the settings of each open repository before exiting, including some current ui status. In a simple calculation, it is equivalent to one or two files per tab. Also, which package do you use? I can't reproduce the issue on my pc, Ubuntu/wsl and macbook, and I've never heard anyone else encounter such a problem.

I've pushed a new commit that only saves repo's shared settings when user have changed it from Repository Configure dialog and is closing this dialog.

In the next release, when existing SourceGit, only one file per opened repo will be saving to disk.

How many repos (tabs) do you usually open before closing SourceGit?

3 and usually only with 2 of them I've working during the session. Note, that I reboot my PC once in the week and SourceGit is open all this time.

Two tabs is a 50 Gb (~300000 commits, ~11 Gb in working copy) git-svn repository which is updated using git svn rebase every day several times in a day; one tab is for main working copy and one is for worktree in which I switches between different branches.

Maybe the long save has something to do with the strange HDD problems in Ubuntu 24, which for some unknown reason clearly slows down, although SMART does not show any problems and there were no such problems before the update on Ubuntu 24.

In any case, I do not change the settings during work, so excluding saving the settings should help.

I use a deb repository where SourceGit updates are a couple of weeks late (in my feeling).
