Session rename dialog: auto-select text or start empty for faster renaming

Love opencode - using it daily. Small UX papercut with session renaming:

Current behavior:
When I hit the rename keybind, the dialog opens with the full current session name pre-filled. Since auto-generated names are often long, I have to manually delete everything before typing my new name.

Suggested improvement (either would work great):

1. Auto-select all text on dialog open - so I can just start typing to replace
2. Start with empty field - current name could show as placeholder/ghost text

Why it matters:
Session renaming is a quick organizational task - the friction of clearing the field each time adds up when you're managing multiple sessions throughout the day.

Unsure how valuable this would really be: personally I just whack ctrl+a, ctrl+k and it gets the job done pretty quickly.
