stackable-bcrypt: raise dep versions (#69)

* stackable-bcrypt: raise dep versions

* remove rust code

* Add test case to alert us in case later versions of the bcrypt library stop being compatible with Nifi.

* Remove unused junit dependencies and update a lot of Maven plugins while we are at it anyway.
