Black Duck scan high security risk CVE-2020-7791

Black Duck scan is giving high-security risk in the `ruby-i18n 1.14.1` gem with identifier `CVE-2020-7791`. 
Can anyone suggest a solid fix for this issue? I have the latest version of `react-native-localization`. Which lower version of `react-native-localization` is using any version of `i18n` which does not have this issue?
