Migrate automation playbooks DHCP stuff to new KEA server #332
Description
With #288 we are migrating to KEA DHCP server on sf1 node.
Ansible automation playbooks and roles need to be changed to the new KEA configuration.
We should take this opportunity to create a role for DHCP configuration, that all other playbooks/roles/tasks can use
If possible using an API instead of config file would be great for better scalability.
