[Bug]: Coin Selection UTXO's typo with apostrophe

Describe the bug

The word UTXO's is used throughout the Coin Selection page but it should be UTXOs (without the apostrophe)

Reproduce

1. Go to Coin Selection settings
2. Observe description of each Auto optio
3. Observe UTXO's instead of UTXOs
