add Mapillary image key to created nodes

This is a great point of concept. I think it's helpful to tag the nodes created with a reference to the Mapillary image key?

This would be a helpful reference to fellow mappers, especially in JOSM where viewing the links to the mapillary=* and image=* keys are conveniently built-in the core plugins when reviewing the element tags.
