Tag and release 4.9.0 version

Ahem, sort of on it. I've made a release, but can't update the plugins.textpattern.com entry because I've forgotten my login details and can't reset my password.

Okay, I've updated the article and pushed the com_connect.json changes to the curated_plugins repo. No idea how long it takes to sync across to plugins.textpattern.com.

Edit: :13 past the hour. I was close.

Edit: pushed through with $ sudo bash /var/www/servers/textpattern.com/plugins/staging/build.sh.

Edit: that didn't fully work…investigating.

That makes two of us!

We definitely need to set some time aside to streamline this and get all the pieces aligned so there's less manual finagling. Maybe CI/CD can assist here to push things to the correct places...
