Feature Request to Add Rich Text Editor to Comment Box

Description:
It would be great if the comment box could use the same rich text editor that’s currently available for adding FAQs. Right now, users can only post plain text in comments, which makes it difficult to share URLs, screenshots, or formatted content.

Benefit:
Allowing users to include links, images, and formatted text in comments would make discussions more informative, improve collaboration, and help others better understand shared feedback or references.

It has to be configurable as it might be a security issue.
