Add automated support for creating release `.zip` files

Script.cs and thumb.png should be copied (not linked!) from their existing folder, placed into a release folder, then packed into a script-name_version.zip.

The file's contents should include:

• script-name_version directory
  • Script.cs, the only script file which will run on a SE Programmable block
  • thumb.png, the file which is shown to users in the SE UI
