Compatibility issue with @modelcontextprotocol/sdk 1.25.x

## Problem

After upgrading `@modelcontextprotocol/sdk` to 1.25.0 and later to 1.25.1, the discovery through `claude mcp list` stopped working.

In fact, the MCP server started responding with 406 http error.

## Proposed resolution

Investigate the compatibility with the latest version of `@modelcontextprotocol/sdk`.

## Temporary resolution

Downgrade `@modelcontextprotocol/sdk` to 1.24.3
