error when uploading epub to Kindle

this issue seem to be related with #8
I bought your book via https://buy.multiagentbook.com/ and have downloaded epub and pdf.
Uploading epub towards kindle unfortunately fails. I also tried it several times, but the issue persists.
Maybe there is a small issue with the epub file ?

okay here is some more information....
I downloaded https://github.com/w3c/epubcheck which seems to be the reference implementation checker for epub

running it with the default profile yields no error, but when running with profile preview or dict it yields some errors.
I am not a epub expert, but maybe this could be related to the upload error, so that kindle/amazon does not accept the file.
