Update opentelemetry-python version to 1.0 #1
Description
This sample project is depending upon the following projects and needs to be updated once all of them get 1.0 or above.
- https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-python
- https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/opentelemetry-operations-python
Tentatively use versions that opentelemetry-operations-python uses.
