eslint gives a "unsafe-assignment" warning

In v3-sample-todo-nextjs the lines
const { data: spaces } = client.space.useFindMany();

in Home page;

and const { data: listCount } = client.list.useCount({
where: { spaceId: space.id },
});

in the Spaces.tsx component.

Also is the case for:

const space = useCurrentSpace();

In the WithNavBar component.

The app seems to work and apparently this warnings are only for the Model: Space.

Can you address this issue for me?
