装依赖里的lxml==3.5.0会报错

错误信息为:

原因好像是lxml3.5.0没有及时跟上它的依赖库libxslt-dev的更新：https://bugs.launchpad.net/lxml/+bug/1748333

能不能把依赖改为lxml==3.8.0，或者干脆不要锁版本？
