Adding devices via install code not possible anymore #810

Description of the issue
Adding Zigbee devices via Settings/Tools/Add Install Code not possible anymore.
Bosch Room thermostat II 230V: BTH-RM230Z
Read out from scanned QR Code:
RB01SG0D831018264800B0000000000000000000001E5E09029DBE38DLK15EC4F0711AAFC6A4732F6D0CC9E14736D13
=> Code accepted, however no pairing happening
Additionally tried to add this as install code:
Zigbee:0015E509029DBE3815EC4F0711AAFC6A4732F6D0CC9E14736D13A34B
Zigbee:<INSTALLCODE+CRC>
With previous add-on-version, same Zigbee device and coordinator (ZStack3 Revision: 20250321) able to add easily.
Device is installed next to the coordinator. Coordinator is functional.
