I've created a new "Project_config.ipynb" notebook that sets the environment variable for the data and also sets a project home for things like caching and stats. I've also updated the CNN training notebook to support the use of the config notebook using the %run magic command. The implementation of the config notebook may need to be changed, but for now I think it's a good start!
