This PR uses SNAPSHOT versions of secp256k1-kmp, bitcoin-kmp and bitcoin-lib and will need to be updated once they are released (see ACINQ/secp256k1-kmp#136, ACINQ/bitcoin-kmp#170 and ACINQ/bitcoin-kmp#170).
