Descriptions
Update the APerf guide at https://learn.arm.com/install-guides/aperf/ to reflect the latest changes, since APerf now has a new report UI with more powerful features, such as data analytics.
Also changed the page title from "APerf (AWS Perf)" to just "APerf", since I believe the "A" actually stands for "Annapurna Labs" , but we don't have to point it out.
