* `./Smith_BMCSystBiol2013/simulatedData_Smith_BMCSystBiol2013.tsv` was CSV, not TSV. Fixed now. * More consistent simulation file names (Armistead_CellDeathDis2024) * Also consider files named `simulations.tsv` in `get_simulation_df`
