[WIP] Improve README files with conciseness and translations

Improve the README files by:

1. Remove ALL emojis from the documentation
2. Make the content significantly shorter and more concise while keeping essential information
3. Create a separate Vietnamese version (README.vi.md)
4. Keep English and Vietnamese versions separate
5. Check and correct spelling and grammar in both languages

Changes needed:

README.md (English version):

• Remove all emoji symbols (⚠️, ❌, ✅, 🔄, 🔧)
• Shorten content from 238 lines to approximately 150-160 lines
• Remove redundant warnings and consolidate information
• Improve grammar and professional tone
• Keep the same structure with 2 main methods
• Maintain all critical security warnings but in text format
• Keep all image references intact

README.vi.md (New Vietnamese version):

• Create a complete Vietnamese translation
• Remove all emojis
• Use proper Vietnamese technical terms
• Keep the same structure as English version
• Ensure correct Vietnamese spelling and grammar
• Translate all sections including:
  • Security warnings
  • Prerequisites
  • Method 1: Quick Registry File Method
  • Method 2: Manual Registry Editing
  • Re-enabling instructions
  • Troubleshooting
  • Security disclaimers

Key improvements:

• Replace emoji warnings with text: "WARNING:", "IMPORTANT:", "NOTE:"
• Consolidate repetitive security warnings
• Make prerequisites section more concise
• Simplify step-by-step instructions
• Keep technical accuracy intact
• Ensure both versions have professional formatting
