Implementation for retrieving passport data via BrAPI in BIGapp's PCA module.

Implementation to be finished in https://breedinginsight.atlassian.net/browse/BI-2358

Implemented so far:

UI for entering api token for BrAPI upload
Backend endpoint call to retrieve sample data
Initial display of BrAPI-retrieved data

Note: this relies on the brapir-v2 package
