Features:

• Compute pipeline and graphics pipeline setup

Feedback:

• The equation for m in view-frustum culling in the INSTRUCTIONS.md is incorrect, not what the paper says.
• I wish we could have a simple Vulkan practice, like to render a triangle, before going straight into grass simulation, so that we could have a basic grasp of how to setup the pipelines.
• A bunch of other students and I found out that somebody from last year fixed the application crash when resizing the window. It would be nice to integrate his change into the base code in the future.
