增加NodeAdapter中footer跟随内容收起展开的支持，需要实现ExpandableNodeFooterImpl接口替代以前的NodeFooterImp接口
[1] 在使用NodeAdapter时，旧的footer固定显示，某些场景中希望footer可以跟随内容展开和收起
[3] 不影响现有框架，只需要继承 BaseExpandNode 的类使用 ExpandableNodeFooterImpl 接口替代以前的NodeFooterImp接口，然后配置 isExpandable 属性控制是否跟随内容变化。
