In PR #33100, the section heading "Annotating a span" was renamed to "Enriching spans", but 6 internal anchor links (
#annotating-a-span) were not updated. This PR updates all 6 broken anchors to point to the correct#enriching-spanstarget.Merge instructions

Minimal change — only the 6 broken anchor references are updated. Two other links on lines 1785 and 1848 already had the correct
#enriching-spansanchor and were not modified.
