  • Added requirements.txt for Netlify.
  • Ignored requirements.txt for humans.

Netlify does not support pyproject.toml yet, so I give it a requirements.txt. But humans should manage dependencies via pyproject.toml, so I suggest they not edit requirements.txt.

#243 will introduce workflows to sync requirements.txt and fail checks for humans who edit it.
