Added configuration to build docker container for easier deployment. You can now enroll this repo with dockerhub to automagically build the container so that new users can access dmritool with a simple 'docker pull'. It probably isn't perfect, I had to test a lot of configurations to get something to compile correctly. This also doesn't include the necessary GL libraries to make the visualizations work. I didn't have the time to figure that out.
