Expands the OpenSpec change-id add-opencode-log-streaming to cover full OpenCode provider support (not just log streaming).

Includes:

  • Updated proposal and implementation checklist
  • Added design doc covering SDK-based integration, per-eval workspace isolation, tool-call mapping, streaming logs, and permissions
  • Spec deltas:
    • evaluation: provider execution, tool-call trace mapping, permission handling, and stream log artifacts
    • validation: targets.yaml schema/validation for provider: opencode
    • eval-cli: CLI surfacing of OpenCode log paths

Status: proposal-only. Implementation should wait for proposal approval per OpenSpec workflow.
