1. Go to https://staging.new.expensify.com/
2. Navigate to Reports > in Search type:expense group-by:withdrawal-id
3. Click "Group by" filter > switch the from withdrawal-id to From or Card > Apply
4. Verify that: User can switch from withdrawal-id to From or Card

• Verify that no errors appear in the JS console

  • I verified proper file naming conventions were followed for any new files or renamed files. All non-platform specific files are named after what they export and are not named "index.js". All platform-specific files are named for the platform the code supports as outlined in the README.
  • I verified the JSDocs style guidelines (in STYLE.md) were followed
• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
• I followed the guidelines as stated in the Review Guidelines
• I tested other components that can be impacted by my changes (i.e. if the PR modifies a shared library or component like Avatar, I verified the components using Avatar are working as expected)

@JS00001 NAB: Since personalDetailsList can be undefined but the type doesn't reflect that, this makes the bug harder to detect. I think we should update the personalDetailsList type to be nullable in a separate PR(Since this will require updating types in several places). I've mentioned the change here
