Note:
Resources.Designer.cs: not commited since my VS generates non-English docs, regeneration is needed
.resx files: inserted a ZWSP character between two consecutive {…} to avoid a legacy bug

I have checked everywhere that hardcoded 2% or 0.2 dB and replaced with settings value.
Is community settings page the right place to put these settings?
