chore: Fix the build.sh script to succeed in a linux dev environment Updated the build command so it succeeds with a local build, and does not try to push the image to a remote repo. Updated terraform scripts to avoid unnecessary gk reconfiguration during e2e tests. WIP: transient changes, ignore WIP: fix terraform scripts WIP: fix terraform scripts
