What

  • Allow block breakers to face any direction.
  • Don't allow block breakers to break liquid blocks.
  • Integrate with FTB Utilities to prevent breaking blocks on chunks claimed by other players that haven't allied with the placer of the block breaker.
  • Fix skulls dropping the item instead of it being picked up.
  • Closes [BUG] Block Breaker has many weird behaviors #786
